As long as the money is yours, there is no reason you cannot use it. If the FD certificate is just recently written, then you should provide evidence and source of the fund. CHC always want to know about sudden deposit. So to avoid a second mail asking for the source, send explanation along at this point. That is if the FD certificate is only recently written.

Please for the benefit of people like us who are not based in lag, what is the 'known name'( e.g Ikeja, Ikoyi, Berger, VI, LEkki &co) of where the clinic is located, am seeing street names which are strange(dont have an idea of where they are located). Three months ago must be before the MR mail came in so that should be fine. But if it is after you received the MR mail + request for updated POF that can stir up something..

I called to book last weekend and was giving a date only for me to call today for reminder and I was told to re schedule for another date. (so annoying) again that their result take like 5days to ready. Is it so for all other hospitals?

To all seniors - concerning form imm 5406 (additional family information) - is it advisable to include step brothers and sisters in the new form to be completed? . they were not included in the initial form submitted to cio, sydney. (U know nigerian family setting, where the father has more than one wife and still staying with the wives). is it advisable to include the siblings from the other step-mum that was not initially included? whats is the implication?

Oreke, to avoid red flag only state your brothers and sisters in the original form except new born babies given birth to between your PER and medical.
