Good morning friends. Pls how does one contact Accra visa office? I am thinking I should send them an email since I am yet to get the mail ( for updated pcc, pof + rprf) and medical instruction for me & the kids. They only sent the spouse medical instructions.

Congrats Egbe

From the look of things, it seems there are only two VOs, AB and RK reported so far by applicants that have had their MR. Pls correct me if I'm wrong. This could be an indication why the process seems slow and there are backlogs.
Its better imagined with two VOs to process about 200 cases for FSW 2013 applicants with AVO.
I think so far they've tried having processed over 20 applicants cases within a month for applicants May, June and July currently going on) on this forum. I'm sure they have done more!
Welldone VOs and AVO. Keep it coming!

Wow! Congrats Egbe but the beginnning of the mail initially scared me. Is that how it starts for everybody? I mean is this the usual format?

Read this:

By providing your e-mail address on your application form, you authorized CIC to transmit your file and personal information to this specific e-mail address. Please ensure that this e-mail address is checked regularly. Any e-mails sent to you by CIC will end in “ @ cic.gc.ca” or “ @ international.gc.ca.” Please add these to your “safe senders” list in your email program and check the junk mail folder in case important emails get filtered. If CIC is advised that the e-mail address you provided is not functional or no longer exists, we will communicate with you by mail.

Like other forms of communication, e-mail communications may be vulnerable to interception by unauthorized parties. If you do not wish us to communicate with you by e-mail, please notify us at your earliest convenience. In the absence of such notification, your consent is assumed. Should you choose to allow us to communicate by e-mail, we will not take any additional security measures (such as encryption).

Base on this, it is likely CHC will now send your notifications via home address. Are you sure you want this? How did you manage to print your PER mail since you cant access your mail box?
Thanks floxxy I appreciate
