Hello pple,

I need clarification on the update thingy, when updating accra via e-mail, does
it mean I am allowed to send soft copies of required document, like bio-data page for new baby
birth cert, applicatoon fee, new bank statement covering increased
family size.

'Cos I am thinking I cnt e-mail softcopy of bank draft (application fee for new baby)
Pardon me if my question sound stupid. ..

I just need more clarity

I will advise you to send to them an email informing them that you have a new family member, and then asking them which documents they require from you in order to successfully update your application. I think it may be proper to inform them first that you wish to update your application, before sending the updates. It is most likely that they will ask for the updates by mail.

Yes you inform them by email, wait for their go-ahead and then send the hardcopy by courier but also attach the reply mail.
