my office decline to do a reference letter, senior officer don't wants to get involved. just thinking if my employment letter which contains my salary, work timing and detailed job description can do the job.

I had the same problem. But I was able to get a letter from my company to the visa office since I told them it was for visa purposes. I wrote a job description for myself and got my supervisor to sign it. I hope that works for me ...

It's amazing the way NOC 1112 filled up so fast this year what with all the stress over credential evaluation and application delivery. The cap was filled just from applications received in May! Well, I subscripe to the school of thought that believes in miracles and thrives on hope.
