The information you sent to them is loaded enough for them to find your package.Did you check your bulk mail?The first response i got from them was found in my bulk mail.I hope that you do not just clear your bulk mails?

Gentle Andrew, I check my mail almost everyday and I don't delete bulk messages. It is really so strange that this is taking so long when compared to the average times it took other applicants to get per.

April or May should be the ideal time because it seems visa quota year ends in march.

Motivated i'm so sorry to hear this but i was concerened for you since nobody from 2263 received PER after November 26. That again shows how lucky i was because my application was received on Nov. 18, just a week before the last charged CC. I bless God for my case.
