Let someone please respond to my question concerning IMM8 form and who to fill it or am I the only one that received such PPR mail. Time is momey,pls I need a response from those that ad collected PPR or PRV pls.

As advised already,it's the generic form.
Even if your family composition have not yet change,i suggest you re-fill it again with same details u used during submission and send it along .....,no harm in doing that.

@ ferdimako, calm down. Nobody dey collect blank cheque for advise here oooo nor is there a special trophy for those that didn't use agents. Respect is Reciprocal. As far as it depends upon us, lets all try to be as civil as possible.

Okay... nanoye's advice should be the best. AVO doesn't know u directly, since they deal with a known agent on your behalf, u must involve AVO if u feel ripped off.
