Hi oreke. I am only recommending what I did and which I would advice to make it easier for the case office to process. I downloaded, filled the IMM 008 form and made a statement of declaration in my cover letter that my family composition remains the same.

Yes. Reaffirm that your family composition is the same if it is. I believe they just want to confirm the number of visa to be issued to your application.
