Not true, there are many from last year, most people active on the AVO one are from FSW 2014. You can't tell where your app is being treated under EE, it's one of two tho- Ottawa or AVO. You will only know when additional information or passport is requested.

Do you live in Nigeria? If you do, go to police headquarters, alagbon close, ikoyi
Price may vary depending on the officer! First pcc I got I paid 20k, the last one my twin got for me he was charged 15k and I have read other ppl on this forum paid 5k!
