I think you may have to split the payments. Based on the mail I got from GTB today, they now have a monthly limit of $1,000 transaction per month. Or better still, find someone to help you pay abroad using their card.

I was trying to avoid that, cos paying back is an issue. But I'm trying to split the payments and see how it goes.

For those of you who has gotten their pcc. Did it have place of issue plus country of origin on the passport information section? Mine doesn't and would that matter?

Yes, It says holder of Nigeria passport number XXXXX issued in so and so.
Ideally it should have oh. WHere did you get your PCC?

got a family member to do it for me, it does have the passport number and date of issue on the certificate just not the place of issue ( which was ottawa ) and that its a nigerian passport. im guessing they left that part blanck because it does not say on the form and i did not do the pcc myself for them to ask? that being said do you think it could be a problem with cic? cuz everything else look legit except those blank spaces.

Hello folks a friend of my is at a cross road, his IELTS score are as follows listening 8, reading 7, writing 7, speaking 6.5. Though he made an overall band 7. What are is chances of getting picking from the pool, he cant afford to resit the exams any more.

Any one with similar issues?..... pls share your views. as well as those valid advice.

This may get him into the pool, but may not him out of the pool. However, once he is in the pool, he may be able to explore few PNPs available. If your friend wants a direct ITA, he may have to summon the courage and put in the hard work for a resit of IELTS.

Hello Fellow Nigerians (Lol)

I really need an advice on SINP. I am planning on applying for SINP when it reopens but the issue bothering me is that I don’t know if my Educational Qualification(HND) would be assessed as 15 or 20 points on the SINP point assessment grid.

I have had my ECA done and the summary is as follow:

OND: 2 years Canadian Diploma
HND: 3 years Canadian Diploma + 1 Year post grad cert.
Summary: Post Grad Cert.

I need advice please.

I wanted to pay RPRF upfront, but becuase of $ limit per day on my card, I could only pay application fee.
Is it still possible to pay RPRF before CIC requests for it? There's no placeholder to attach the receipt now, and just wondering how I would link it to my application.

Applicants either pay RPRF fee at initial application submission or on CIC's request. However, you may try sending a CSE on your need to pay your RPRF fee immediately after submission. You may probably get a response with a link and place holder for the receipt.

Is the CSE tied to a specific VO? I read something like that on the AOR letter.
