Nigerian students for 2019 winter waiting for visa(applied 20 oct)

i applied for a visa online on the 21st of October after been denied the first time and up till now ... i have not gotten any message on medicals, how long more will i wait. i am curious because i am to resume on the 3rd of January 2019. will i be able to get my visa before this time????
