I got my BVL and OPR today. Any idea on how to submit my passport here in Lagos Nigeria.

You can submit your passport along with the printout of OPR at the nearest Canada VAC which is open in your country. I believe the one at Abuja is open according to cic.

Do i submit in person? or there is a mechanism to submitting?

There are two ways: either submit in person or if the vac allows, courier them the passport along with your OPR after paying the service charge. You need to contact the vac first and ask if they allow the passport to be couriered and also about the service charge.

Hey Congrats , you got both on the same day... I received BVL and its been 24 hrs.... AIP issued on 24th Aug, and University is on DLI list.... waiting eagerly
