Pls i have a question about my application, I applied to CIC August, 2016, and I got my UCI November, 2016 and they said they have started processing my application since that November 2016, my concern now is I did not receive file transferred mail as other people do, and in my GC KEY account, i dont even know where my visa office is really is. Pls how can i know d visa office where my visa is being process

Your file is most likely going to be in Accra Visa Office. They do not send File Transfer mail.

The good news is that they have been giving MR to January 2016 applicants. We just have to wait.

Basically update my background declaration to 18years rather than 10years has written in the form. Update of police certificates.

You misunderstood my last comment on this issue. The background declaration form states that you declare what you have been up to in the last ten years. However AVO stated that I should declare what I have been doing since I turned 18years. I think it is part of their extensive vetting process of regions they seem to classify as high risk.

To your second question, it depends on what AVO sends you when you get MR. You and your spouse may have to send individual background declaration forms. If you have documentation for that long period you can include it.

I guess this IRRC website is malfunctioning because my status which showed medical request and that I should see mail below for details has changed to We will inform you if medical examination is required. Has anyone experienced this?

I got my MR yesterday as well and request for additional documents but no concrete message giving directives yet.

Hello MASCOTNG, The ADR mail came in first, followed by medical forms for my family. Pls check ur mail very well cos an update of SchA forms must be asked for atleast.

Thanks for your response. The ADR and MR came in same time for me, though without any instructive Mail, it just changed on my status. Couple of days later the MR changed to the previous status but the ADR remains same on status but still no instructive mail for the request
