Nigerian Applicants for MPNP 2014 timelines....abeg!

Hello House,this is my first post anyway, I must commend all of u for the good work you are doing, may GOD HELP US ALL....PLS sirs and mas I need a good break down of d Manitoba pnp.....I submitted my EOI on 25th dec 2015,received LAA on 13th jan 2016 am yet to submit my full application cos of so many issues like;;
1.My certificate is not ready from school they gave me TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN am now confused if

mpnp will accept that in place of certificate??? But I have my Transcript
2.In d EOI I chose close relative as my connection to Manitoba which gave me 200points, now when I called my sis in Manitoba she said she is my first cousin removed which is not regarded as a close relative but as a distant relative she now gave me two options 1.she will sign for me as a distant relative or friend which is against what I chose in d EOI or if there is a way we can manipulate it so she can be my aunt or cousin which I don't know if its possible???
Lastly,what are d supporting documents they will ask her if shes signing for ma as my aunt or cousin as in the proof of close ties???

pls guyz I will be very grateful for your fast response cos I wish to submit my full app before 31st of jan.

You only need to notarize translated documents (Those originally not in English). As a Nigerian, most of ur Docs shld be good without any notarization. Just scan and upload them to ur online profile.

You dont need to get confused abt MPNP IELTS requirement. Emphasis are not really on the overall score but what u score in each sections of the test as these scores will eventually determine ur CLB. Your CLB tells them the points u get under Language skill. The minimum is CLB 4 and that is for low - skilled workers. The webpage below ll educate you more

The clb are listn 5 readn 6 writn 8 speakn 7. I want to knw if I can still get nominated I shld just sit for another test. secondly, how can I change my occupation after I have submitted my EOI. many thanks. .

if you running your apps under EE, you need to rewrite the test, however, if you re running paper route, kindly read your guideline very well.
on occupation, you re required to meticulously fill your main JD noc but if there is need to do any sort of adjustment due to related NOCs, u can edit the occupation.

I am new here and need help.
Please I have some concerns. I have decided to apply to MPNP but before then, I had already indicated interest in Quebec skilled workers program. Without my interest in the QSWP, I have 575 points, but with it, I have 100 points subtracted from me. Should I just go ahead and apply stating that I have not shown interest in any other program.

Secondly, I will like to know how long it was for you to go through the process for LAA to issueing of visa.

Thirdly, Can one land in Manitoba and still relocate easily to some other province if survival is difficult? And if yes, how long do you need to do that?

Getting AOR with file number usually take close to 3 months and going by the current pace of CIC, Jan and Feb 2015 applicants are getting Passport request and Visa stamp. The whole federal process is between 10 months to a year now.
