Ahh. That was the info I got from the other AVO forum. I even asked if there was a way for us to contact them, u know, the way we here can call IRCC on their customer service number but I didn't get any response from anyone.

The VFS offics is working now as you rightly said, 4 hours a day for people to do their biometrics submits passports and others.
But as to whether the Canada immigration office has commenced work in Accra
I cant really tell.
Its soo frustrating?
