If all the banks he used is listed in the mybankstatement website ,then go ahead and submit all.
For the IELTS,if you've not taken the exam I guess you should register immediately for computer delivered test in order to get your result faster. Know how you do this before the deadline if you really want to follow this route.
You can choose to go the normal route and forget about the NSE. Is all your choice to make.

Mr royalty have you come across anyone that went through the NSE route, fulfilled all dues and got the Visa... also does the NSE route have a higher Visa approval rate compared to the normal route.

Yes I've seen people that got their approval after submitting their NSE requirement, meanwhile I've seen people that were rejected too. You can see them on nairaland.
NSE is just a requirement for your application to be processed faster according to IRCC. No higher visa approval rate when one opt in for this route.

Yes, I've seen some people. As well as rejection too.But I've seen more approval than rejection. The system is new so let's be watching. My advice is you do the one that suits you better , Everyone has a different case. Goodluck on your application

Payment of tuition isn't a requirement and still no guarantee for a possible approval. In a nutshell, if the funds is available, go ahead with the payment.
The only advantage of NSE is the fast processing time of 20days which hasn't been followed as said by IRCC.

hello please i got the NSE request letter and i have written my IELTS test before now and i got a CLB 7 with above 6.0 in all sections but my sponsors bank is first bank which are not included in the mybankstatement online so now i am a bit confused should i submit only the IELTS result and leave the proof of mybankstatement column blank or should i not submit any of the documents and allow it revert to normal processing route & times after 30 days. please i need an urgent reply thank you

The NSE stream has not lived to the expectation of its swift/fast pace processing of 20 days as announced by IRCC. It has continued to tarry even more than the regular stream, so you may need to ignore it if possible.
If you don't choose to ignore it, include a letter explaining to the officer why you can't provide the requested document. Then upload it in the column provided for the MyBankStatement, and if possible, upload an updated generated bank statement with the letter.
However, recently, there have been several applicants from Nigeria that have successfully gotten their MyBankStatement from First Bank. Approach your branch it any other branch and tell them to send an email to "FirstContact" about generating the MyBankStatement for the Canadian embassy and/or go with a printed MyBankStatement sample to show them for easy understanding.

My question is this... someone said this message are for students who applied via NSE and I didn’t applied via Nigeria Student Express (NSE).
