Great people

I am doing well here. I am delighted to hear the good news of Reddish

A miracle is on the way for me and my beloved people in this forum

egrace,
I suggest you pay the Lanlord 1-year/6months. If your PR should be approved say today, you will need time to tidy up one or two things
I really understand your position but you know Accra can be very funy and unreliable
Just pay 6months

Egrace,

Would you by any chance know other Nigerians on this forum gunning for Quebec? I may be able to answer some practical questions on life (and living) in Montreal especially as it relates to Nigerians. Good luck with your immigration project.

PA Egrace,
just use wisdom beg him and pay him 6months that later you will balance him.
with that he will be expecting your balance while you are preparing your exit.
all the best

Egrace, I suggest you tell the truth always. No matter the circumstances. Call your caretaker and tell him that you are almost done with the accommodation and that you need 6 months max. to conclude plans.

This will give him enough time to get another tenant in-waiting while you prepare to go. However, you may even negotiate a monthly pay basis that will see the two of you better off. It is a win-win situation and you won't need the hide and seek game. At a certain stage in one's life, we need to face reality.

The caretaker cannot force you out of the premises in say 2 months! And the law specify 6 months and thats if you are owing rent. Please call him and discuss moreso that the Lagos State Goverment is very sensitive against taking more than certain rent in advance.

My one cent advise o. The usage of this is entirely your own risk o :P

Re: (No subject)
