Hope it doesn't matter who it's addressed to in the first place. I imagine a transcript addressed to HR, landing in CHC for Immi purpose If getting the institution to give you the transcript is an issue, better to have it delivered to your HR. My school in the UK sent mine to me so I am concerned that schools here should be finding it hard to give their former students transcripts. I paid both transcript and courier service fees to my spouse's school and the transcript never arrived accra. It is better to be wise. You are required to have transcipts in university sealed envelopes, once you can achieve that via your HR i think the rest is simple..

A friend just received this notification via email from CIO, she sent her package her application package 2 months ago. Part of the mail read- "I have now completed the assessment of your
application and have determined that you are not eligible for processing in
this category for the following reason(s):.................. You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC (National Occupational Classification) code: 6242 - COOK.
Although this NOC code corresponds to the occupations specified in the
Instructions identified by the Minister, you have not provided sufficient
evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for
the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties
of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC,
including all of the essential duties.

After taking into consideration the work experience supporting documentation
on file, I am not satisfied that you have performed the actions described in
the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial
number of the main duties of the position as described in NOC. As such, I
am not satisfied that you are a 6242 - COOK.

What evidence did your friend include in his/her applicatio? Employment letter,contracts details,promotion letters? Refenrence letter? Pay slip?

many thnx.she tendered a letter of employment and an original reference letter from the boss with a complimentary card attached.what step do u advise she can take again please? noticed spicey had a similar response.
