@Kpopi77
I will like to know how you applied for your CAIPS. Am an August 2005 applicant and will like to request for a CAIPS on my application.

Hello Guys,

It been a while since I hooked up with the forum. How are things going on for all?, pray our efforts will never be in vain. For those that had witnessed progress on the application I say a big congratulations and for some of us (2005 applicants) that are still waiting, the Lord os our strength. What is the latest concerning the May 2011 meeting, missed the last one and am looking forward to attending the this one.

Hi Toptinar,

Sending in docs without your wife's transcript is really walking a tight rope! You could get a negative eligibility review (NER) because of that or get your documents returned at best. I know of someone who got a NER because of this.
In absence of the transcript (and working with the urgent tone you seem to have), does she have a statement of result? If she does, you may just squeak through the CIC review with that and a written explanation that you will be forwarding a transcript as soon as one shows up. By then of course, you would be forwarding it to the VO (and not CIC)

All my people, have not posted in a while and I salute you all!!! Looking forward to hanging out this May :-* :P
Cheers!

Yes, i think your caip notes are ok. You have to wait for about 4 months before ordering next caips notes, Mhat is the advice i was given by most forum members. My BF'D date was 22.1.2011. I have been waiting for update and nothing. I have filed the form and i will post it by early June.

I am planning to send them a case specific inquiry to the visa office.

Hope it helps.
