Hi Everyone,
As the process of this immigration thing progresses,i need to reconfirm from forumites here...i originally intended to settle in Toronto due to jobs availability more than in other provinces,i don't have any relatives in Toronto but i have a relative in Saskatoon who is willing to accommodate my family and i for 3 months by which we would have settled down and understand Canada before thinking of moving to either Toronto or Calgary(He owns his own house anyway).I understand too that jobs are not as plenty in Saskatoon like in Toronto,My question is..is it possible after settling in Saskatoon, getting the PR card,SIN,Health covers and get survival job to get Canadian work experience and then later move to my desired city.what happens with health covers when i move to another province.

If you have not bought your ticket and if this is not too late,
I want to suggest to you that don'tgo somewhere because you know relative there. Depending on your personal relationship with forum member, member of this forum are almost everywhere in Canada and are great people who mostly are willing to assist dd freely. You can network with landed seniors where you wanted to go and they will be willing to help.

Hello Everyone,

Happy new month!
So sorry i have not been available...

@ArewainCalgary, welcome and get in touch with landed people in Calgary.
Saw a comment about staying with relatives for 3 months..... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Bros he, carry your money go rent even if its basement or face me i face you. Nobody will conveniently accommodate you for months without a faceoff or small issue like turning off the tap or switch etc. The economy is very volatile that people are not sure if the job the have today will still be there tomorrow talk-less of accommodating a family for 3 months.
My advice is to do your research well on Sak, there are lots of jobs in calgary.

Stay blessed.

Loolo

Hi House,

Our PPR came in after a long wait. We are glad and thank God!

Is it advisable/safe to use a residential or work address for the 'self addressed envelope' requested by AVO?

Are we to send to 42, Independence .....? I know some of these answers might have been answered in the past.....

Last question... my passport is expiring in 6 and a half months. Is it okay to still send as is to Accra?

Thanks a lot for your help!

are you a medical doctor or a dentiste , my dear the profession for foreign trained doctors is tough but ill advise you to start your application early, apply to WES for their transcript translation, apply to your profession exam mine is NDEB please research yours as i am not sure, it gets frustrating out here, but you have to keep strong, get a job survive and stay happy, and dont forget to always chase sales hahahah

Hello People,
