Good day All

I just received my MR and POF on the 22nd ofJan 2015. I really need some clarification from the seniors as regards the pof. Half of the fund to show to accra is from my savings account while the other half is from my wife's savings account. Which is the best way to present the pof? Transfer the fund from my wife's account to my own account to show one account or not to transfer from her account to my own account. Which means I will have to show two accounts. Also, taking into consideration the falling naira value what is the exchange rate to use.
Your prompt response will be highly appreciated.

Thank you
You can either present the 2 Bank statements of yourself and wife - it means the same thing. AVO will take it, since it will represent funds from your spouse. Both will total the requirement of funds from AVO.
However, to remove all level of doubts I will suggest you lump the money together and get a fixed deposit letter to cover for the entire sum. With this, AVO will not ask you to show how you got the Fixed deposit, or better still print out your bank statement first before asking the bank to issue you a fixed deposit - you can then include the bank statement (if you must) and the issued Fixed Deposit letter from the Bank.

Please senior, I need quick interpretation of this line. Do I need to fill IMM8 if my family composition changes or not. My family composition has not changed, should I ignore it.

Updated family information: you must advise us of any change in your marital status or family composition. All family members must be listed on your IMM8 application form. Failure to comply may result in a delay in the issuance of your visa.

God will perfect every one that is expectant. Amen.

Someone asked the question on the 2014 forum recently.

The options he got are:

1. Do a cover letter informing AVO that there has been no change
2. Fill the form and indicate no change

Either way, don't ignore it.

All the best

I think its best U fill the form with the same details as the one U submitted when U applied, I'm sure they'll figure it out that there's been no change from the initial status, cheers

Thanks Preferred and Silverblade for the contribution. Thanks yikelin...

Looking forward to more goodnews
