Hello,

I just stumbled across this site now, registered and then posted this question.
Please, I need some advice. My UK visa expires in August 2014 and I am yet hear from LVO. What should I do?

Is it possible to change my visa office to my home country? OR
Can I email LVO to ask for information on what to do?

Please, anybody who has been or who knows someone in this situation should inform me.
My application was received on 25th October last year and I got PER in December 2013.
I am really worried that I may not be invited for interview or have COPR for Canada before my visa expires.

I anticipate your response.

Good evening people. I just want to be sure of the reason our application was returned last year. The following are excerpts from the letter we were sent, together with all our documents....

First Paragraph
"This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada as a Federal Skilled Worker (FSW). We have now completed the assessment of your application and have determined that you are not eligible for processing in this category."

Fourth Paragraph
You have indicated that you have experience in NOC (NOC code), and have indicated this occupation as the primary occupation in your application. Your application was received after the maximum of 300 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications per NOC (NOC code).

Fifth Paragraph
Since you did not provide evidence that you have an Arranged Employment Offer, or evidence that you are a candidate under the Ph.D stream, you do not meet the requirements of the Ministerial Instructions and your application is not eligible for processing.

Was my application returned because I didnt make the requirement or because of the maximum cap? Just to be sure.

It's because of the maximum cap.
It's obvious your application got there after the stipulated 300 for your NOC was completed.
Why don't you put together another application package for 2014FSW if your NOC is among the 50 announced NOCs.
I also want to assume you have your returned package back.
Cheers!

Big thanks Kollins. Yes, all the documents were returned, there were just some markings on some details and a UCI number was also written on the generic form.

Hello my people.

Apart from the ECA and the copies of education certificates, do I need to submit transcripts too? Since transcripts were used in securing ECA in the first place. I understand Cohen asks for transcripts. Packaging my application. need enlightenment please.

@ NOBESMALL, RENEW YOUR VISA,

LONDON IS FASTER THAN ACCRA.

HOPEFULLY BY AUGUST YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL.

CHEERS,
