Hon, welcome to the family. Your area of skills (NOC Code 5111) does not fall into the category of the Federal Skilled Workers (FSW) applications currently being accepted by Citizenship and Immigration Canada. Your wife stands a fair chance of applying as a FSW under the NOC Code 1112 (Financial and investment analysts). However her job description and skills must be similar to that described in Human Resources and Skills Development Canada website (www.hrsdc.gc.ca). Sadly that cap is filled for May 4, 2013 to April 30, 2014 intakes. Infact that NOC Code from observations gets filled as soon as applications are being accepted. This means it is highly competitive NOC Code. CIC may come out with another set of instructions which may include your NOC Code in future FSW streams. Otherwise I would suggest you explore other options of migration to canada such as Pronvicial Nominee Programs (PNP). I hope this has helped a bit?

Congratulations starblessing on ur PRV and also to Olusheg on ur PPR. God will perfect all that concerns you.
