@toptinar i dont think you need to worry yourself about her pregnancy when you get medical your DMP knows what to do if you inform them she is pregnant. Just relax and be expectant about ur medical. Cheers

Faster Medicals:
Canada has deployed 'eMedical System' (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/pia/e-medical.asp)- effective June 1, 2013. The eMedical System is an electronic system hosted, operated and maintained by the Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship(DIAC); upon completion of Medicals, the info is temporarily stored in the 'eMedical System' and transmitted electronically to CIC. By implication, Medicals will be processed faster.

The Consultants Practice is now e-Medical enabled, no info about others yet.

@Toptinar I guess as advised you should relax and wait 4 the MR when it comes the doctor would advise accordingly. They have a way of covering the sensitive area and people have done Medicals with pregnancy in the past without any problem.

A friend of mine got MRS for himself and his wife and they proceeded to undertake it but she was seven(7)months pregnant at that time. At the commencement of the X-ray session for his wife, he demanded that his wife be shielded to protect their baby from the rays, which the Lab attendant did by strapping the mother up with a shield equipment from the lower part of her chest downward and the X-ray was done without any risk to mother and the child (but mind you, she was in her last trimester).
