MI2 are Federal skilled workers (FSW) that applied between June 26,2010 - June 30,2011 while MI3 are FSW applicants between July 1st, 2011 - June 30,2012.

congrats on your visa. i just wanted to find out from you if your medicals was updated on the ecas before you got your PPR. i did my medicals and that of my family in january 2013, but it has not been updated since. is it possible to receive PPR without update on ecas?

I did my medical in feb 2013 and medical received was updated on ecas a week later after VO received medical result. I was later ask to provide final court disposition a week later. I was cation my the UK police sometimes in 2011. I ask the UK police for court disposition letter, they told me I was not charge before any court in the UK and that a caution is not a criminal conviction in the UK. I sent the caution paper and a detailed letter to Accra office, they received it on Monday this week. I am waiting to hear from them now. What a long wait.

Don't think you should be worried about the court thingy; you will be just fine.

my time line . Got Quebec certificate of selection in paris on the 7th of Nov 2012. Sent application to novia scotia in November via courrier, the received it in december 3, 2012. Did receive email from cic on the 18th of jan that application file is complete, that my VO will contact me. Got RPRF request on the 6th of feb 2013. Got medical request on the 7th of feb 2013. Did medical on the 14th of feb 2013. Medical receive in London VO on the 28th of feb 2013. Medical result received reflect on ecas on the 1st of march 2013. Got email from Accra requesting for final court disposition and article of the law on which I was charge may 2011 on the 7th of march 2013. Same 7th of march 2013 got email Recall: Application for canadian visa - Bxxxxxxx. ACCRA (IMMIGRATION) would like to recall the message, "Application for canadian visa - B0xxxxxxxx". I called visa office, lady I spoke to said I should ignor previous email. Sent them an email they forwarded their previous email requesting I send final court requisition. I have sent them caution paper from UK police now and my email communication with cic before I made my application. Email that cic sent me that Canada is only interested in been convicted and not a caution. I believe the VO handling my file did not know the different between a caution and a conviction hence he or she is requesting for court document. I explain in my email that a caution is spent immediately it is issued and is not a criminal conviction. I hope they accept my explanation. Finger cross. I wonder while they are requesting for this after I have done my medical and paying right of permanent residence fees. My seniors please share your views.

Since you have explained it is not a conviction but a caution and the lady you spoke with told you to ignore the mail they sent earlier, then they are aware of their mistake, so please stay away from anxiety. Anxiety robs. It definitely cannot rob you of the PR you are workong towards because I know God has given its approval, but anxiety as I can see is robbing you of your peace of mind and joy. Resist it and you will be okay. Let JOY be your companion. Congratulations.
