Yeah but there is this bureau exchange @MMIA i think suraj or so ,they can change as much as 20,000 dollars if u want sef but na 160Naira My Aboki guy changed for 158.5 but without receipt.Everyday I thank God that I am outta Nigeria

You do not need any letter from FRSC Abuja nor Lagos..

Canada govt only accept letter from Nigerian High Commission, Ottawa..

1) include ur original drivers license + $20CAD money order + a self-addressed express post pre-paid envelope

2)Courier using expresspost to Nigerian High Commission ottawa

3) use express post, track it

4) u receive ur letter of authentication from NHC ottawa after 5days max..... chikena,

Good day my people,

Please I need your advice. I'm sure my driving license and my wife's are original. Do I need to get a letter from FRSC in lagos before going to canada, or this will be sorted out when the licenses are sent to naija high commission in ottawa for verification?
