Today i got $3,995 today from IOM for 2 adults, i child, 1 infant. I consider it a good deal because the least i got from other airlines for a one way ticket was about $7,000.
For me why puchase a return ticket when you are nt sure it will be used in the next one year? or not sure of when you will be making the return trip?
The only thing I do not like about IOM is that they dont arrange for tickets for flights out of Abuja. so we would all go to lagos to board the flight.
In any case it is still worth it as at end I will still save over 2,000 dollars after i factor in the cost of the local flight and ''inconvenience'' to Lagos.

For the person that got almost 1m for a family of five it willbe nice to give us detailed configuration of your family

Mrs Costa D is doing fine.she has landed in calgry and staying with her brother

Vikolo we need to know your destination then, I will proof my point.

1. Your return ticket will be used as though its one way
2. Should one choose to return that's a plus
3. You talk of the flexibility of Abuja, there you have it.
4. You are also not conditioned to go thru FRA you will have options of LHR and the rest. But avoid US TP if you can.
4. And on and on.

That said, our circumstances differs and everyone will chose base on his/her circumstances.

Cheers

Grateful if you could post this on the Naija thread as someone is saying it's AVO will be closed. Better still why not find out from them? It's not all statutory holidays (both Ghana and Canada which are observed by AVO).

I think the best thing is to send Accra an email you guys still have plenty of time to get responsse from Accra so you hear from them directly all the best.

@Akerekoro, Am sorry I did not hear from Mrs Costa D, but thank God Maky said she has landed and in Calgary we trust God to keep her and the kids.
