Hi all, congrats to those that just received PPR and all the best to all awaiting PPR. i have not read any landing experience stories in a while. Landed seniors please help us o.. @ madam Tinu, please as regards www.careeredge.ca, does the agency that does assessment accept photocopies of credentials?

@ Orire, that wasn't a bad awareness effort though. I've seen the stuff before, May 17 2012? its seemingly old, i think there's no FUSS, since we have a lot of post 2008 applicants with PPR's, so i want to believe that such proceeding is nullified; Well, it calls for the need to be more steadfast with the Lord. I Almost peeied on my short that was scary! :o :o :o
Congrats to Jovic and Toyeen. When it rains it pours

Congrats jovic, toyeen and needy

Hi dear,
The career edge website says they can only accept you on a paid internship if your credentials have been assessed and evaluated. There are several agencies involved in credential evaluation you can try WES, or that of University of Toronto. They require your school to send them your transcript they may accept some phocopy from you but the transcript has to be original signed and sealed from your university.

The photocopy accepted from me were proof of change of name and. Degree certificate. Cheers

I re-echo the message above and wish us all, success in this journey.

For those heading for Alberta, this link may be helpful http://employment.alberta.ca/documents/RRM/RRM-CG-etcs-career.pdf
it contains services and agencies that could help with integrating and employment.

See you at the top!

I am a 2004 applicant and have received my Medicals, very happy about it!!!

Finally after 8 years of wait and alhamdulilah everything has turned out Great!!

Now, small problem.....my wife's and son's details medical are all correct as per their passports!!

But my Medicals have a small error, where my surname only is spelled incorrectly, as a small change has occurred when my passport was recently renewed.

What should i do??? Should i just go to the Panel Physician and notify them and ask my lawyer to update LVO with my new passport details. Or???

Regards,

Otto

Please Madam Tinuade, has WES completed your evaluation and did they send you a copy? Did they evaluate your ICAN and other professional qualifications along with the university credentials? We are in the same profession and I am curious about their modus operandi. Thanks
