Hi Mandie, I sent you a pm.

Hello all,

I moved from Ontario to Calgary and tried to change my address online for 3 months . But it didn't work. Now I have my received the forms for the medical exam and its still reflecting my old address. Does anyone have any idea what i can do about it?

Thanks

@ Slickky
You are welcome to the forum.
I hope you did write to ur VO earlier informing them about the change of address?
If yes then go ahead with ur Medicals. Addr change does not reflect on ur e-cas.
please put your timeline here as well.

Slickky address change do appear on E-cas oooo I changed my address and it was reflected on my E-cas infact that was the last update on my E-cas. I think there is a platform on the E-cas where you can effect address change without writing to CIC.

I did mine, it didn't reflect on my e-cas.
Does this mean a problem?

Nope, the Ecas is not reliable as such they dont update Ecas regularly they might have effected the address change in your record without updating the Ecas I did my medicals over a month and my Ecas status have not been updated. Those who did medicals weeks after me had thier Ecas updated to medical received. And there are no issues with my medicals. So Ecas status is not the true reflection of your happening in CIC

thanks for the reply.

I've tried to make the address change on E-cas like 4 times in 3 months and they still sent my medical forms with the old address on the forms.

You can make it formal by writing them.

Slickky, Just send a mail to VO and inform them about the change of address. I did same and the change was not reflected. I sent them a mail and they replied that the change had been effected on file, and after some weeks, it came up on my e-case. No worries. @ All have a wonderful weekend and journey mercies for those going to Accra for the Ugwu leaves ;D ;D 8) :D :D

Should I go ahead with the medicals using the form with my old address or should I inform them of the address change and wait for a new form?
I apologize for all the questions.

I will suggest you go ahead with your medicals change of address should be an issue the most paramount is to do it with designated Panel physician

My brother/sister
Why are you looking for issue where there is none!!! Address does not have anything to do with medicals please go ahead and do your medicals!!! As suggested. Send a mail to formally notify them of your address and am sure they would reflect it later and even if they dont it does not matter!!!
