hello everyone God has bless me with a bouncing baby boy.the deliver was a successful one in united kingdom.
i did my medical on 2nd july and my wife will complete her x -ray by next week due to pregnancy she couldn't but now she will do it since delivery has take place.am planing to notify accra with necessary document in the next one week.plssssssss aqdviceeeeeeeeeeeee ..

Congrat on your lovely baby arrival. The hand of God will be upon him for greatness.

Notifying AVO is okay, they will send you the necessary forms to fill for additional family info as well as other notification,but do it on time so as not to delay your PR processing.

First of all congratulations on the occasion of safe delivery of your baby. May his days be filled with the goodness of God.

Please do the following and you will be fine.

1. Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008]
2. Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669] (PDF, 170 KB)
3. Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]
4. Notorized copy of Birth Ceertificate
5. Notorized copy of International Passport
6. 6 copies of the right size passport photograph for the baby ( Names written behind them)
7. A covering letter stating the specific change that occur in the family
8. $150.00 CAD bank draft ( Write the name of the baby, the P/A UCI & Application No writen at the back)


In addition I will like to announce to all that I got the MR for our baby boy today after 54days of update.
