Mandie whats going on? I am seeing MR and PPR flying left and right. You are almost there. Be calm and continue with your business, at the set time ACCRA will call you.

This is my timeline for FSW:1. Applied to CIC NS in june 2011. 2. Received AOR in August 2011. 3. Got a request for additional info in November 2011, which I responded to in December 2011. 4. Got request for additional info in February 2012, which am still working on. That's my timeline so far.

Good Morning all, am joining this forum for the first time. My details are/ opened app on Jan 2010, submitted Jan. 2010, first AOR date march 2010, Docs submitted on June 2010 MR, PrEF doc request 08Feb 2012, V O deadline 08 April 2012, MR and RPRF and police report requested. Status docs/waiver, In process. Paid the fees and sent the pol report but they have not sent the MR forms? Is that the trend? Can one do the test before arrival of the forms? Pls share your experiences. Thank you and have a blessed day. From Fis
You cannot do the meds before the arrival of the forms. I advise you to check your P.O box or post office through which you're expecting the hard copy. In my case, my son's MR hardcopy was just lying in the post office. I had to send someone to ask the post people to search for me before it was found. So please do some leg work because I am very sure Accra has sent it to you. If your 60 days is almost up,then send a mail to Accra informing them that you have not received your hard copy meds. Cheers.

I submitted my document to Accra visa office in 2011. My status changed to in process on January 27, 2012.

It was also written that a letter was dispatch to my address on January 27, 2012. It was stated that I should consider delay in mailing system before contacting the visa office.

Today is February 29, 2012. Almost a month later, I have not received any letter. When exactly should i contact visa office?

NOTE: I have always checked my email box including spam mails since that date , I did not receive any mail.

Please if you advise I send email, kindly state any Accra functional email address.

Please advise.

I am almost certain no letter was sent to you on 27th Feb....
"We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 27, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us" is a line you get when you get PER, which is via e-mail (thus no actual letter) The best thing is to send Accra a case specific enquiry: re-accra.immigration@international.gc.ca
I wouldnt worry if I were you though as you will be getting MR sooner..Good luck!
