Dear Seglad and Vikolo,

I am a discouraged thread member who suddenly received the same request as Vikolo,(I applied in March 2010,documentation to Accra in August 2010 )but i am worried about the employment letter request because i sent them in last year when i sent my documents to Accra, also my employment letter does not contain my specific duties so i intend including a letter of attestation from where i work because they asked that the employment letter should contain my specific duties, position title etc What do you think?A reference letter on coy letter head that lists all ur duties will suffice and do not worry do send d original offer letter,it will be returned to u.
Also i have tampered with my funds? What do i do now? Can i make it up from my wife,s and wont they feel like i borrowed money to make it up?or do i include my wife,s bank statement.Just submit ur wify's statement along side (it's permissible) cos if u transferred u'l need an explanation as regard d source of fund.
Please help! and do you think this is a positive sign?Super positive Also i am worried don't worry about giving them the original of my employment letter would i have it back?Yes I have been working in one organization since 2003,i have been promoted too ,do you think i need to include my letter of promotion? Please do Would this help?Yes I was not asked for english proficiency test results IELTS, do you think they have waived it for me?If u have written, pls send now and if u have not register now and send asap.It will not be waived.

Please, include all docs. relating to your job functions i.e internal memos,Trainings u'v attended, ur complimentary card, notarized copy of id, photos, promotion letter,Tax docs, recent pay slips, performance evaluation, commendation letter etc.If you get it right this time chances of interview is eliminated and ur MR is a matter of weeks.Hope this helps.

@ Chin,
1. The employment letter should indicate the duties you performed (or performing). There is no other way around it.
2. I believe you can add your wife's bank statement as POF cos spouses can combine income. Eg is those who own a house together and use the evaluation as POF.
3. The employment letter should be orginal, VO does return orignal docs, but not sure whether they return the experience letter too. If the promotion letter relates to the NOC you have applied under, then by all means send it too. CIC is interested in the NOC you are claiming points for.
4. Have you not included IELTS in your application don't think they would waive IElTS. I am sure they will request for it at a later date. Hope this helps somehow.

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

Please leave sections A and B unsigned as you are married and have a child. Form can be found at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp

* Evidence that your relative resides in Canada. This includes but is not limited to: pay stubs, T4 slips, utility bills, and banking history. Driver's licences, Property tax assessments, Social Insurance or Health Insurance cards are not sufficient.

@everybody,
Please is it advisable to ask my sister to scan her pay slip and utility bills to accra while I update my own form and send to them by courier because am sure that she would not want to disclose her bank statement to me.
Pls all suggestions are welcomed

Supa,

What is your profession. can I have the list of the new NOC? for comparison!
For now, MPNP is the most flexible for my profession, lets chat on skype or yahoo messenger for the way forward.

Cheers

you will need to include your cousin since the adoption process has been concluded as i believe s/he will be accompanying you. remember that if you dont include his/her name now, you may not be able to sponsor the person later so better to do it all at once.
