Sure but you need authorithy letter and also form of identification from your spouse congrats in advance

Yep but you need to write a letter to VO authorising him/her to collect on your behalf. Are you not going for the meeting?

What it means is that you need to revert and hit the delete button of the post that mentioned police report and money. Such are not discussed in here but in the private message.

Just go with letter of authority from your spouse, listing all the dependants. But don't give it to them except they ask for it. Wishing you the best.
