Congratulations, Pa Awoderu. So very happy for you and your child that is starting school in Sept. I guess God really does work all things out pretty well!

For our brothers (and sisters) agitating for new things instead of 'okrika'. In my opinion, oyinbo fairly used is a far cry from ours so I would still suggest a visit to kijiji/salvatona for certain items. Oyinbo can buy a bunk bed or TV today, box it for 6 months (or use for a month), see a finer one online and buy it with his credit card immediately.

Please let's be as crazily prudent as possible when we land. Jolly jolly days will still come..... Those credit cards are silent killers!!!
