Hello Forumite, Please can you advise me on the below. When I was sending my application to CIC Canada. I didn't indicate that I was denied Visa to one of the countries but now I have been given an updated form IMM5669E ( Background/ Declaration Form). Should I open up to the Visa office that I have been denied before or I should keep quiet and fill what I have filled before now. Your advise will be highly appreciated

Please has any one ever used pre-paid return UPS courier to receive his or her passport from Accra visa office back to UK?

Please i need this information for a friend that decision has been made on his application since Tuesday 23rd of June and no email of passport pick, though he put UPS pre-paid envelope inside his envelope when sending his passport.

He has been tracking the return envelope since with no record and no email of pick up from the visa office

Please if you have used pre-paid envlope before do let me know how long it take them to finally send d passport back to you after the decision made

They have asked a question.... in my own opinon, i think you should tell them that you were denied visa and state the reason. Many pple have been denied visa at one time or the other. it doesnt stop your been given immigrant visa.

You really need to inform them about your visa denial, from my calculation, it seems you have received your MR, if so then this is the last opportunity you have to inform them. Not doing so will amount to misrepresentation of facts and would lead to your refusal or removal from Canada at anytime and a ban from applying to Canada for a period of 5 years I don't think that after all the waiting for your PR to come, you will want to risk that.

I didn't fill it initially, but when I realized my mistake, I sent a CSE to Accra and corrected the form and now I am waiting for my visa, what is interesting is that it didn't extend my timeline in anyway. So please for your sake INFORM THEM NOW!!!
