NOC 0113 - FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER

Dear Pipis,

Please assist.
My application was received by CIC on 30th July, 2014

*Would the fee be en-cashed by now.
*We didn't keep cash in our account, since an online password was activated by my bank, after we sent the application. Hence we sent CIC a DD on September, 29th, 2014
*However, based on your advise that CIC can still access our cash as a merchant, we credited our account with the Fee on November 19th, 2014
*Are we too late? Would they have already try to take payment and rejected our file, due to lack of funds.
*How do we communicate to them that our DD has followed.
*My NOC is 0113

Please feedback.

*Would the fee be en-cashed by now. Your CC ought to have been charged by now
*We didn't keep cash in our account, since an online password was activated by my bank, after we sent the application. Hence we sent CIC a DD on September, 29th, 2014 Oh, you should have left the funds in the account as earlier advised
*However, based on your advise that CIC can still access our cash as a merchant, we credited our account with the Fee on November 19th, 2014 It appears this was too late as CIO is already charging applications received in late August/ early September
*Are we too late? Would they have already try to take payment and rejected our file, due to lack of funds. Urgently contact your bank/credit card provider to check if an attempt was made to charge your card for your application fee. They are capable of verifying this info for you
*How do we communicate to them that our DD has followed. Send an email to this address, cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc
*My NOC is 0113

Please feedback.

Hi, see my responses above. Hope it works out for you.

Dear Pipis,

Thanks a lot for the response.

As advised, we had sent several emails to CIC to match our 2nd package, to the first. But they haven't responded to any of the emails. Hope they are able to relate it. Do they actually view those emails?

Also, I am on my way to the bank, to get further information with regards to activity on my account/encashment of my DD.

Thanks a lot.. :)

Hi, you can imagine the thousands of emails that CIO reviews, those who reported getting replies mentioned they received replies up to 6 weeks average! I hope your case works out, cheers :)

Hello All,

I submitted my application on the 25th of August 2014 using DD for NOC 2281 and later on submitted Additional documentation on my Degree certificates which was delivered on 2nd of October 2014.

I sent an inquiry mail to the CIO search email address on the 2nd of October to confirm if the additional document sent was added to my initial application and got the response below on the 20TH of NOVEMBER 2014.

Please does it mean my 25th of August Application is still undergoing completeness check?

Dear Sir:

Please be advised that your documentation was received and attached to your file which is currently awaiting initial processing. Notification will be sent in due course.

Thank you.

Hello Forumites,

Does anybody know how to contact IOM Ikeja Office on phone to book an appointment? I tried the usual phone number posted but wasn't going through. I also called their Abuja office and was given another number which rang endlessly without being picked up. After that I complained to Abuja office and was told to send email to iomnigeria @ iom.int and that they will get back to me almost immediately which I did, but till close of business today I didn't get any response from them. Is this the way they behave and very poor service? Anybody with good story to tell about them?

I hear that they won't attend to someone except he/she books an appointment.

Please has anyone had dealings with them of recent? If yes, do send their reachable phone number or betterstill someone I can talk to and be of assistance.

In addition to that, how is their service? Fast and smooth or Slow and full of hitches and delays?

I await our responses

Cheers,
Kit01
