I have never heard of any. My kids blood and urine sample were collected also with their vital stats, after which they were physically examined by the doc. The rest part I think was doctors comment inputed in his p.c that's all I can rmbr.

Nop. It can be done at prime medical consultants artillery junction inside cocaine estate. It's a very big clinic used also by oil companies in phc.

No u didn't 450usd = 501cad depending on the exchange rate as at when they got the draft.
I ll also use this medium to advice others paying their application fees to include rprf so u don't go thru the hassles of buying a Nigerian bank draft later on in d process. It saves u a whole lot of trouble.
