ThiS is certainly not the reason and not also the reason I asked. If your spouse was refused on financial grounds then AVO may want to do a thorough check on your bank statement this time around. If you submitted a bank statement or fixed time deposit during medicals you may want to take the advise: Send an updated POF and leave it untouched. Earlier refusal on financial grounds can raise a red flag but doesn't mean you won't get you PRV. You will get it for sure. But may want to update POF just to be safe if waiting gets any longer.
