Thank u for keeping your hand on tab on this. Your link indicate the number of applicants per person + dependants that have been finalized as at Jan 2014 across VOs. But VISA quota per VO has to do with maximum number of visa alloted to VOs per year on various immigration categories. Eg. FSW got 1400 visas last year. New visas are alloted in march yearly.
However, these are just my opinion only . I hope seniors in the house could shed more light into it.

Congratulations to all others with one update or the other. It will be interesting to learn from those whose visa have been issued-the PRV recipients about the time taken to get the passport (with visa of course) back from Accra via dhl.

@momobee.......oh....yes!!! I have now gone thru the table very well. It is quite revealing. I think it has to do with number of visas issued in 2013/14 as at 31st jan. 2014. You can see the quota for FSW is exhausted already. I could remember accra vo FSW was alloted 1400 for 2013/2014 .

This could be responsible for the slow motion we have all witness from accra as regards PPR. Seniors please help us analyse this or am I the only one seeing this?

Oga Temi, the table is in fact the Visa Office Operational target for the year 2014. From the table, AVO has been allotted a target 2619 PRVs to be issued in 2014 to applicants, spouses and dependants. This is only for Economic class (QSW, Quebec Business, PNPs, dependants of Live in Care Givers, Federal Business and FSW) applications. In particular, AVO has been allotted a target of 1400 for FSW applicants in 2014. You may refer to the link below for further clarification

The question is now whether AVO has started processing PRVs from these allocations or when will they start if they have not started.
