Hello Egbe,
Accra do NOT issue AOR for FSWP to the best of my knowledge. As for PNP or QSW, I'm not so sure either.
As per POF request, it is often sent along with the MR. You're deeply advised to work towards building an account for the POF, this will help in case you receive your MR at any given time.
I hope I've been able to help you.
Cheers

Hi Lizman and Dada-Karma,

Thanks for your response.

Please kindly confirm if you sent POF with your initial application to CIC NS. My friend that just got PNP visa said Accra did not ask for POF when they sent his MR in March. Is this a new development or it has been a normal request from Accra. If POF was sent with initial application I am wondering the need for another POF by Accra.

Please confirm.

My sister!!!!!!! Am I invited too? Don't worry this one will pass too!!! Mine was aslighly above two years too and I ot MR and PPR in two months, the longer it takes the longer time you have to prepare before landing. I tell you you would arrive Canada at God's ordained time.

It's better to stay a little longer in Naija than to stay here for one year doing nothing and being confused that's not our portion but truth is many have wasted first two to three years in this place before finally knowing what to do. I know you are not complaining cause you have enough info on how Accra works by now, but am speaking generally so that all we begin to chart out a course of action while still at home, in that way you hit the ground running once you land and don't waste years!!!!

Happy new year to us all and please preparation is key you can never over prepare for landing, learn new skill, learn to live without house helps and relatives, driver etc cause you can't afford that luxury here. Teach your kids to be independent, teach the butter kids to take initiative, discipline them now and ensure they know the value of honouring their parents, teach them your language never too late to start the might be need to talk o them in public here (Asians don't speak English to their kids at least not in public).

Above all teach them more than ever before to know and worship God, and before you finish PPR would have arrived. Lol cheers all

My dear sister, thank you very much for the advice especially with the issues concerning our children. Hence-forth, I will be serious with the language stuff.

It is a must that POF has to be sent with initial application and You may also be asked to send another POF during MR, it all depends on luck, the bottom line is to be prepared in case they request for it.

Hello egbe,

POF was sent with initial application and was later requested for with MR. I don't know if this is a new development but I was asked to submit another POF . I hope this helps.

Big Congratulations to Mayoress as she delivered a bouncing baby boy on Sunday.. what a way to start the year!!!

All screening for PNP has been done at the provincial stage including POF et al........the only thing AVO is during fopr them is to issue them medical n Visa.......hence they don't ask for POF at MR stage.

Dry fish and crayfish are allowed. My wify carried these items when we both travelled on tourist visa last year - there were no issues. Just make sure you declared same when asked on arrival. Cheers.

@Hakpoguma, thank you so much for your response, what a relief....

Congratulations on the arrival of your bouncing baby boy.

Plus i feel if the application has been on for more than a year, it is just wise to reconfirm the person still have the funds to sustain him/herself and family.
