Hi, dear Egbe.....
Welcomed the forum, and the wait times.
Actually, it is very difficult to predict the timelines, but things are happening pretty fast for the new submissions. I understand that the first immigrants under this year's FSW programme has already been welcomed to Canada. But about 2 year's back, usually takes about 2 months to get a Positive Eligibility Review (PER), and your card is usually charged in about 2 to 6 weeks of submitting your application. But that was 2 year's ago.
I used the GTBank MasterCard for my payment then, too, and there was no problem. I know a lot of people who did.
If your application is incomplete, it will be returned to you IMMEDIATELY after the completeness check, which is done immediately they receive your application, before the eligibility review, so, you should get it back in your mail within the month. If you don't see it by then, you have probably passed the completeness check, and on the queue for eligibility.
As long as you followed the instructions to the letter, you have no problems, just keep your fingers crossed, and visit the forum often, you're on the right track.
