If your application was rejected from Nova Scotia Sydney for what ever reason, they will send back all your documents including your draft to your address and that means your application was not processed and they did not keep any record of it. The rejection letter will explain all that. When my first application was returned for incomplete documents in 2010, they returned every form of documents sent including the application fee and in that case, you would not have been given a file no. Did you receive your documents back? I don't think you have to get in touch with Accra as you application was not likely to have been transferred to the Visa Office.

Hi Ikemba, thanks for your reply. I am yet 2 get my documents or draft back since 2011, aldou it was rejected based on incomplete points. But the 2nd time I applied and the caps was full, I got my document and draft back in 2mnths. Someone told me, immediately the documents has been checked in sydney and it is complete the draft will be cashed. Well, I was sent an email about the rejection and not the documents. So far I have submitted police report and affidavit to GTBank and letter that I can't find the draft on friday. I shld get reply on this by month end. I also sent a mail to the sydney office to complain, I got an auto response that I'll get a reply In 20days time. Thanks
