Make sure the billing address you type in is the same as address of your card. I experienced same thing, but my card was later accepted after I corrected the billing address.

I believe you only need the ECA for your degree (B.Sc), the other qualifications you have are professional in nature. Futhermore, your ACCA - CGA have already been equivalenced by both professional bodies.

It doesnt hurt but why waste money when ACCA and CGA are professional and of international standards .... Only BSc needs evaluation cos it was done with the Nigerian local content

I concur.

ACCA is international and has a mutual recognition agreement with Certified General Accountants (CGA) of Canada, in which both ACCA and CGA give certain recognition to members of each association.

Mind you CGA is Canada, so why evaluate a certificate issued in Canada. It equivalent is the same. CGA = CGA, I want to believe.
