U really do not have to pay anybody anything to carry out ur family update with accra.u can write to them urself and inform them of the increase, however, I do not think it is neccessary yet to send any POF cos wen dey want to treat ur file, they will ask for the POF anyways, but just have the money ready just incase. But pay d application fees for d baby. Infact once u send them a mail informing them of ur baby they will tell u what u need to do.
