It's good news for all of us especially those whose professons are along the lines of Technology. It also answers a lot of questions about where to look out for the most jobs. It is also possible that these jobs will be in the driving seat when they announce the NOC codes in the revised FSW scheme by January.

Thanks, DonBaker....To my dear seniors, pls is there any likelihood that these (proposed) new regulation may be advantageous also to submitted applicants who already have their files with AVO, but share experiences in multiple NOCs (being technical) in the course of their working career in addition to CIC 29 professional priority areas?. Do you see any opportunity here for sets of old applicants?.
