This seems to be the case lately. We had test in progress from September 14 but did not get it in tracker or email until September 18, even though I was checking tracker everyday.

Update here - Just received e-certificate instructions email today. I guess that's a sign that oath invite should be coming soon...

Does anybody know whether I should be signing up for the certificate portal now or I should wait after the oath to do so??

It was pretty good too. I don’t qualify as urgent but they processed my passport as express and I’ll get it on Tuesday. The officer mention that if you want your passport urgently, go to passport offices with printers as they can issue a passport within hours. The only thing is you need flight tickets or any other proof of travel.

Congratulations! I am happy that you had a very good experience with Niagara Falls. May I ask if that was for your final notice to appear? Did you wait for 2-4 months for your final notice to appear to be sent? I missed my first notice to appear and waiting for the final one. I don't know if i should ask them over and over again regarding when they will issue the final notice to appear.

Hey there, today my tracker showed that I have been scheduled for the oath in mid October but have not received the official email invitation letter yet.. Does anybody know how long it takes for them to send the oath letter after tracker shows the oath invite?

Tracker updated today, LPP completed Sep 1, 2023. The oath ceremony is scheduled on Oct 18, 2023. Timeline in my signature.
