I did notice a trend here
People living further away from gta, more is the processing time
Like gta applications are processed faster, followed by guelph, kitchener, waterloo, followed by Woodstock, and then london windsor/sarnia.
If its true, its really sick on part of ....

The overall trend we did see was applications outside gta are taking much longer to complete.
I did complete my test in november and since then, it has been silence on my file..
i moved from Cambridge to london, and now i see applications from Cambridge with similar timelines getting oath request, while nothing on my file

A good thing that Niagara Falls office planned to have one Citizenship Ceremony but the bad point here is the Federal Workers strike.
This gives me a hope that they are still working and NOT going on strike. When was your file updated? Today or a few days back and it got reflected today?
Haha. Don't be too excited yet. Pray for the strike to be over. Else, like others, you will see a golden mail about the Oath rescheduling.
The Citizenship ceremony is completely halted. They are not working. This is the pending update coming from Tuesday's work. Normally, we see an update after 2 days.
I’m hoping for the best. Can’t do much but stay positive. When things are not in our control there is no point worrying and stressing. If that golden email has to come then be it
