does any one know approximately how long it will take for Niagara Falls IRCC Office to complete LPP from the date of AOR?
any rough estimate on when LPP will be completed; received AOR on Jan 4 2023 and completed citizenship Test on march 7

thx for the info.. was going crazy checking the tracker constantly. will just wait till end of September before panicking again...
Oh I understand this, for the longest time I was checking the tracker at least 3 times a day but then I found out that it only gets updated once a day at around 6:30 am.
You can still get Canadian passport next day with urgent pickup option and proof of travel. Depending on where your travel is to, might need a visa though.
Some people have reported being able to download within a few hours but for some others it takes a few days. So yes, safer option is to either postpone the travel date by a few days or postpone oath by replying to the oath invite email when you get it. You might not get a reply, but once you are back in Canada might have to send your proof of return and they will schedule another oath date. When is unpredictable, may be a few weeks to months. What office is processing your oath? Is it virtual?
I haven't got the invite email yet. just got an update on the portal. But for my test i got email from Niagara office so i am assuming its gonna be the same office. i am just not sure of the cert time. if its few hours, i can go for the ceremony. I am also concern about rescheduling. anyone had similar experience.

Try not to lose hope my friend. Sometimes you have to take what these agents say with a grain of salt. I just spoke to someone who I asked if she thought I would have my oath at least by November and she said well wait time is 18 months but your file seems to be moving nicely so I would imagine by November you should have it. So point is that they’re pretty much just reading off of a script with their 3-4 months, with their “the process is 18 months” “your file looks good, we will contact you if we need something”I was told it may take 3-4 months for Oath. I hope not
Anyone here waiting on oath? How long after the required steps were all marked complete before your oath date was set in the tracker? All of my required steps were complete in the tracker July 11th but the oath still shows not started.
If your travel is not for some serious reason, expect them not to accept your request for reschedule.
So i received the notice to appear for oath on 30th Aug, and i sent an email back to them requesting them not to cut my PR card, process e-certificate urgently, or to postpone the ceremony as i am travelling in 3 days after the oath and it would coast me thousands of dollars to postpone the trip. I just got a standard reply saying this is notice to appear and not an invite.
