Niagara college fall 2017 intake NOTL campus ?

I received my acceptance letter a post graduate course and I have started my study permit application from outside Canada. Finding accommodation is difficult especially if you don't know who you are paying the rent deposit to.

Should I do HomeStay (2months) or landing pad( 1 month) ? Can anyone suggest a student residence between 100- 500 CAD a month?
