Hey Guys, I have question if you can answer it, i will appreciate it!
I read in some website that Canadian PR holder can apply for NEXUS card! and also it say if you are work permit/student Holder you need to provide that document! So does it mean if you are a work permit holder, you are eligible to apply for NEXUS card?
Thank You?

Hey DeadSea, I had a work permit here in Canada (I'm an American citizen)and applied and was approved for Nexus. I am in the process of applying for my PR now. Hope this helps!

I'm not sure if you can get NEXUS if your citizenship is with a country that is not the US or Canada. I can tell you that the rules are different when you live in the US and when PR is gained in Canada and you have to start following the NEXUS rules of the country you reside in. Example: I am a US citizen, right now I follow US NEXUS rules. When I get Canadian PR I have to let them know and switch over the NEXUS Canadian rules. I gave the customs agent a headache when she learned I was working towards my Canadian PR.

Apparently you can get a NEXUS card. Read this thread: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/nexus-program-t141690.0.html

As long as you have valid Canadian PR status, Nexus happily takes anybody's money no matter what your citizenship is.
Although on second thoughts, perhaps citizens of terrorist-harboring countries might not get in to the USA even if they have valid Canadian PR status.
