I am looking to apply for a NEXUS CARD, how it is advantageous to a person who is PR in Canada and H1B in USA ? Stayed in US for 6 YRS ?

I think you need to have valid USA Visa and show valid and convincing reasons for approval for nexus card
If you have US green card ,it will easy
